1. Who we are

KinahHub is operated by KinahHub ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@kinahhub.com.

By browsing KinahHub or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we sell

We sell delivery of in-game currency ("Kinah") for AION 2 to the character you name at checkout. We do not sell accounts, and we never ask for your password.

KinahHub is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NCSOFT or any game publisher. All game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You must enter your character name, server and faction exactly as they appear in game. Delivery to a name that you entered incorrectly cannot be reversed.
  • You are responsible for complying with the game's own rules. Trading in-game currency for real money may be restricted or prohibited by the game publisher's terms of service, and you accept the associated risk, including possible action against your account by the publisher.
  • You must provide accurate contact details so that we can reach you about your order.

4. Prices and quotes

Prices are shown in the currency you select and are calculated before you pay. A quote is locked for the time shown at checkout. Prices can change between quotes as market conditions change. The price shown on your order is the price you pay; there are no fees added afterwards, except network or bank fees charged by your own payment provider.

5. Payment

You must complete payment within the payment window shown at checkout. If payment is not received in time, the order is cancelled automatically and any reserved stock is released. Crypto payments must be sent on the exact network, to the exact address and for the exact amount shown; payments sent on the wrong network or with the wrong amount may need manual handling and can be delayed or unrecoverable.

6. Delivery

After payment is confirmed we deliver using the method you selected. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. See our Delivery Policy. Delivery is complete when the currency has been handed to the character you named; we document each delivery with in-game screenshots that you can view on your order page.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when we redeliver or refund. Because delivery is immediate digital content, you acknowledge that once delivery has started your right to withdraw from the purchase may end, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use KinahHub to launder money, to pay with stolen or unauthorised payment methods, to resell our service under false pretences, or to abuse our support or refund processes. We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably suspect breaches these terms, and we may block access.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first if anything is wrong with your order. We resolve genuine problems quickly. If you open a payment dispute for an order that was delivered as described, we may provide the delivery evidence to the payment provider and may refuse future orders.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but we may suspend it for maintenance, stock or security reasons, or when the game is offline.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including any action taken by a game publisher against your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator named above is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
